Production Facility

Nok Oluklu Mukavva San.Tic. A.Ş. was established in 1993 to serve the Turkish packaging industry. Our facility is built on a total area of 33,928 m2, consisting of 23,500 m2 of indoor space and 10,428 m2 of outdoor space."

Production Capability

Our facility is equipped with 2 corrugator machines. Our corrugators are capable of producing single flute sheets in C, B, E flutes, and double-wall sheets in combinations of C+B, C+E, and B+E, with a width of 1600 mm. We can work with sheets ranging from 350 x 570 mm to 1300 x 2840 mm on our Texo Inline machine. This machine, which performs bottom printing in 4 colors, has a maximum printable area of 1200 x 2750 mm. With the Texo Inline, equipped with automatic feeding, we have a capacity to process 15,000 sheets per hour. Our Texo Rotary machine can handle sheets from 500 x 800 mm to 1600 x 2800 mm. On this machine, which also performs bottom printing in 5 colors, the maximum printable area is 1600 x 2800 mm. With automatic feeding, the Texo Rotary has a capacity of 10,500 sheets per hour. Our Bobst machine can work with sheets ranging from 400 x 600 mm to 1100 x 1600 mm, and is primarily used for producing specialty die-cut boxes, with a capacity of 4,500 sheets per hour. Additionally, our facility houses one 4-color IN-LINE, one 3-color HCC, and one 2-color SIMON box making machine. NOK Corrugated Cardboard Industry Inc.continues to rapidly expand its investments, reaching a capacity of 30,000 tons per year.
