Dear customers and suppliers, we present this text to you in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed for Fulfillment of the Illumination Obligation; as Nok Oluklu Mukavva San.Tic. A.Ş., acting as the data controller, we are fully aware of our responsibility and aim to inform you regarding your personal data that you have provided to us;

In this context, your personal data are processed to the extent necessary and for the duration required by our legal obligations, to establish and perform the contract, to fulfill our legal obligations, and to protect our legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms, as specified in Article 5 of the PDPL.

Your processed personal data are transferred domestically to authorized public institutions and organizations to fulfill our legal obligations and to our suppliers to ensure the performance of contracts.

Your personal data are collected through your sharing for the purpose of contract performance and fulfilling our legal obligations.

Furthermore, with your explicit consent, your personal data are processed to provide more effective service and to inform you about our promotions and campaigns.

As personal data subjects, you can submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company by the methods outlined below, and our Company will conclude the request within thirty days at the latest, free of charge, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is foreseen by the Personal Data Protection Board, a fee will be charged according to the tariff determined by our Company. In this context, personal data subjects have the rights to:

- Learn whether personal data is being processed,

- Request information if personal data has been processed,

- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically,

- Request correction if personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately, and to request notification of the correction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

- Request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons necessitating their processing cease to exist, even though they have been processed in accordance with the PDPL and other relevant laws, and to request notification of the action to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

- Object to unfavorable outcomes resulting from the analysis of processed data solely by automated systems,

- Request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
